15.01.2022 It is always a pleasure assisting my landlords and tenants with the leasing of their home. It's testimonials like these that make me fall in love with my job even more. #lovewhatyoudo FULL REVIEW I want to begin with thanking Rebecca for finding a tenant for my property, putting up with me as a fussy property owner and meeting all my demands. The task in which Rebecca completed was no easy task. I was constantly changing my mind about renting out the shed separately.... She was always very flexible, easy-going and never said no to anything I asked for regarding how I wanted the leasing of the property to be conducted. I was not very sure of how the water and energy billing will be paid due to the sheds electricity and water being metered from the same property I had rented it to someone else. I was very anxious when I rented the shed before I told her about it. However, Rebecca eased my anxiety by going into the trouble of succinctly explaining how its not a big deal and how the billing can be separated. Furthermore, the fact she was always positive about getting a lease for the property with the price I wanted; and never once was she negative about a single thing, goes a very long way for me. She is a delightful person to deal with, I am very pleased with her work and being able to lease a property in which I had high doubts about being able to be leased without the shed. But she still managed to pull through and get an application and now tenants. I would love to thank you for that Rebecca and all the hard work you put in; I would also love to thank you for being patient with me, for the times you called and messaged about the property and I couldnt get back to you due to being in the hospital. I couldnt have asked for a better property manager than you, please keep doing what youre doing because you are fantastic at it! My property and future investment properties will follow you, as you are the first person whom I dealt with and would love to keep it that way forever. See more
