16.01.2022 A few more tears shed as I lock up right before midnight cut off. I still cant believe this is happening. Thank you to a great last day and for the goodies that lifted my heart. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone, I wanted to thank everyone for such an amazingly busy start to my reopening. I feel very loved and wanted right now. It amazed me when the first week of appointments booked out in 20minutes of opening my online bookings back up and it just kept going. I want to clarify that when making an APPOINTMENT ONLINE, you should always get a CONFIRMATION EMAIL when you complete the process. If you don't, then something has gone wrong or more likely someone else has boo...ked at the same time and slightly beat you to the finish line. Don't forget to check JUNK MAIL too. There is a NEW FEATURE, which is up and running now. When you go to book an appointment online, next to 'SERVICE' at the top, is 'LOG IN'. This will allow you to VIEW ALL YOUR FUTURE AND PAST APPOINTMENTS!!! So excited to have this as now you will all be able to check all your appointments in case you've accidentally lost your email and don't know what appointments you have. This has been much needed and hopefully, you will all find this helpful as well. Also when looking where to PARK, there is a driveway before the few shops on the block if you are coming from Chatsworth Rd. Turn in there and there are car parks behind the salon you may use. You may also choose to park on the street, up a little past the bus stop (which is right outside the salon) but this can be a little busy sometimes. Or you can also park in the street behind the salon called Procyon St and there is a footpath coming straight down to the car park behind the salon. When you enter the salon, the hairdressers are friendly and will always greet you, but you are welcome to WALK STRAIGHT TO THE BACK of the salon through the doorway and to the left, where there is a WAITING AREA just for me and my beautiful room is back there too. With COVID-19 COMPLIANCE MEASURES, I must ask that anyone who is at all sick, that you stay home. Also please don't bring friends and family to your appointments to comply with standards. Please on arrival use the complimentary hand sanitiser in my waiting area. I'd like to thank everyone for your patience with the new move and the salon software struggling to keep up with the amount of you all booking at the same time. Also, I apologise for those of you who were trying to phone and couldn't reach me due to the phone troubles I was having. I am now with a new provider and my phone is working great! Keep in mind that I do only keep it on during work hours though to keep a healthy work/life balance. 10.01.2022 ANNOUNCING POWDER BROW AND OMBRE BROW TATTOOING! Introductory offer $500 instead of $600 including initial appointment and touch up appointment. Appointments only made directly rather than with online booking with brow sculpting. Powder and ombre powder brow tattooing is a shading technique which involves a cosmetic tattooing machine. Ombre means to fade the colour out towards the beginning of the brow, whereas powder fill is shaded the whole way through with only slight so...ftening at the edges. When brows are shaded in to blend with your natural shape they will look like a more perfect version of your own brows with a little powder in them like makeup. Symmetry can be corrected whilst still working with your own natural hairs and shape. Depending on how sheer and natural we want the healed result to look will depend on how much pigment is applied. 09.01.2022 A VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING DAY Today I discovered that facebook has let me down. I realised my hundreds of 5 star reviews have all disappeared. After consistently proving myself to the community that I offer a 5 star service again and again, the evidence has reduced from hundreds to about 40 reviews, which I am very grateful for. I don't know why this has happened. Technology strikes again. I'm asking for anyone who has been to me for my brow work to review me again ple...ase!!! It would mean the world to me as I was so proud to have one of the most highest number of recommendations that were authentic and consistent. Now I have to prove myself again to the public and I can't do that without your support. People would much rather hear from real customers than anything I could tell them. 08.01.2022 I possibly could open on the Saturday but due to an unfortunate unknown funeral date I may open on Tuesday 19th. Online bookings are now open for all other future dates. I may open for this coming Saturday but I won't know for a few days sorry. I just want to add that if you already had made appointments for the future, I haven't actually cancelled any of them. I've been trying to find the best way to contact you who already have appointments to let you know I will honour those unless they are outside of my new business hours. I will do my best to phone those of you who have in the coming days. I have a few phone issues I will try to fix ASAP.
