21.01.2022 Today we have introduced a support package to help customers affected by the COVID-19 situation. This package includes: Repayment relief for home loan custome...rs*: RAMS customers who have lost their job or suffered loss of income as a result of COVID-19 should contact us for three months deferral on their home loan mortgage repayments with extension for a further three months available after review. Reduced Fixed Home Loan Rates: A 2.29% p.a. fixed rate home loan for one, two and three years for owner occupied customers on principal and interest repayments, effective Friday 27 March. This fixed rate home loan is for new customers and existing variable customers that wish to switch to a fixed home loan. *Interest capitalised. T&Cs and eligibility criteria apply.
