24.01.2022 As a graphic designer I was thinking what can I do to help in our current crisis. So I decided to turn one of my mandala designs into a colouring page. Mandalas are commonly used as an aid to meditation and as an advanced anti-stress therapy. It is free to download and all you need to do is print it out at home on an A4 sheet of paper and then the fun begins. 10.01.2022 Hi FB friends. I have been working on a side project for a while and finally feel confident to release it to the world. I have an interest in surface pattern design and I thought activewear would to be an ideal canvas for my designs. So I started my own activewear label called FLX Activewear. Design has many super powers. One of them is the ability to evoke feelings in people through the use of colour, shape, scale and repetition. Have you ever noticed when you wear a fun co...lourful print you instantly feel happy and more energetic. This effect can be a powerful motivator towards exercise and anything that makes you more inclined to get moving is a positive thing. Each piece of FLX Activewear clothing is adorned with an all over print that is designed to enliven the spirit. Through the understanding of how colour works on the brain, specific combinations of colour are chosen to energise and up lift.
