22.01.2022 Hi Everyone, There is so much sadness around us, but today, a year 6 class and I came up with something that, despite this being such a sad and awful situation, may be at least a little on the positive side. When the kids and I discussed this in detail, you could really see them cheering up. For the first time, in modern history, our planet is having a chance to breathe. The land clearing, the aeroplanes, the trains and buses, the factories. have paused.... But the rivers are flushing clean, there are people in China who will see blue skies for the first time in their lives, grasses are growing tall in our cities, bringing pollinators and birds. Fish populations will have a chance to recover, and trees may regrow. I asked the kids to think about this if they are shut indoors for a period of time that frustrates them, and perhaps see it as our chance to give back to nature, just for a while. Scared and confused little people left this room with a spring in their steps, so how can that be all bad? Stay safe, See more

07.01.2022 Its taken me a while to write this post because it just felt too hard. A few months ago, we lost our beautiful little dog Curly to kidney failure. I know he was just a dog, but the impact it had on our family was enormous. We were so sad every single day, but now, a little sweetie has entered our home and brought laughter and joy with him. Meet Wilbur. He has very big shoes to fill from darling Curly, but so far he is just perfect. To welcome Wilbur into our home he is going to have his very first giveaway. 06.01.2022 This is so lovely... Hi Rebecca I just wanted to write to let you know my daughter 4.5 years old just loves your Juliet Nearly a Vet Series. I can barely read her anything else for the last 4 months. They are on rotation every day and night. What a great series you have written! I am going to look to purchase the other two chapter series you have written also now. ... I wanted to relate a great story. Last night we had a real life Juliet experience and the facts in your books came in handy. We live on a property in south East NSW and we had a very large echidna decide to try to burrow under our house. We decided we need to move it back out into the plentiful bushland on our property. But of course it burrows in and you can’t pick it up. I said confidently to my husband, we need to spray it with water and using big gloves pick up it and put it in a plastic tub to relocate. My daughter recounted the facts to him too. We got to work and relocated our echidna and Madison was so pumped to have a real life Juliet experience and see the facts in the book come to life. Thank you for the hours or enjoyment we have got from your books! Regards Jillian and Madison
