21.01.2022 Recently I was fortunate enough to travel to Russia. While I was there, I fell instantly in love with a traditional soup, Borshch. Borshch is a hot soup made from beetroot and is usually served with bread. This weekend I am going to try something new and make this soup for myself! 21.01.2022 Wasn't prepared for dinner dinner tonight. I experimented and I used left over taco mix, wrapped it in cabbage, topped with cheese and baked for 15 mins. Actually was so delicious!

21.01.2022 So I've already half eaten this delicious meal and forgot to take a photo, but it's better late than never right? Haloumi, roasted tomato and zoodles Ingred:... Garlic infused Olive oil Tumeric Haloumi, roughly chopped Zoodles Tomato, I used Roma and cherry tomatoes Basil Olives Method: 1. Roast tomatoes. 2. Follow zoodle packet instructions. 3. Roughly chop haloumi and coat with turmeric. 4. Add Olive oil pan and when hot cook haloumi ( 30-40 sec each side). 5. Add in roast tomato, zoodles, basil leaves and olives. Stir until combined.
