I'm back to full weeks of work again, after enjoying a couple of weeks of reduced hours, some family time and some self care over the Chrissy holidays. My days/hours have changed slightly for 2019 and these are now : COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE ... Tuesdays 12-5 at Shed Markets in Abbey. Thursdays 1-6 at Druids Hall in Witchcliffe. 25.01.2022 Thursday night Solstice ceremony and celebration! I really enjoyed dancing here on Sunday morning - dancing is so good for the body and soul! DJ Sarah Asphar played beautiful music and together with Natali's ecstatic dance facilitation, Lenas yoga, and Daz's Didji playing they took us on a journey. People played along with other instruments such as didj, drums and shakers. There were ribbons and hula hoops to play with too - and in such a beautiful space Who's coming?

25.01.2022 Just a quick update as I haven't posted on here for a while. I am now available for Acupuncture 5 days a week - in 5 different South West locations! I'm a registered Acupuncturist with over 15years experience and have Health Fund Provider status for all locations - which means you may be able to claim a rebate from your private health fund dependant on your cover. I have a special interest in chronic pain, and I've recently been upgrading my skills in this area. I attended ...a 4 day workshop in Brisbane learning Distal Needling Acupuncture (DNA) - an amazing style of acupuncture specifically aimed at helping resolve chronic and acute pain quickly, and also another course focused on musculoskeletal conditions. I am available on Tuesdays in Bunbury at beautiful and busy clinic called House of Qi Acupuncture, and I provide Community Acupuncture 4 days a week as follows: - Mondays in Busselton - Wednesdays in Dunsborough - Thursdays in Witchcliffe - Fridays in Abbey Community Acupuncture is Affordable acupuncture in a group setting. Our Community Acupuncture treatments are just $30 for everyone. We started this service so more people can access Acupuncture as it's meant to be done - a course of multiple treatments will give the best results. Community acupuncture is affordable acupuncture in a group setting so you can afford to get the treatments you need to get the best results. The atmosphere is so peaceful as everyone is practically sleeping with their needles in. I have 2 spots free today in Busselton at 3.15pm and 4.30pm. ... 16.01.2022 Anyone else do fun stuff like this with their home grown herbs?? This is elderflower!! So far I've made some dried teas and herbal tincture. Plenty more here, doing more batches to save for next winter.

04.01.2022 Who else loves summer?? Fun in the garden with Catnip! Harvesting some of these flowers for herbal teas. Saving some for the bees and the cat of course!! She loves to roll around in it! Excellent herb for calming the nervous system and promoting restful sleep.
