Can you turn your ‘wounds’ .Your transformational journey into your wisdom? Into the way you SHOW up for yourself (and others). I really FEEL into this a lot especially when aligning and creating a sacred space ONLINE. EMBODIED ONLINE. This sacred Space is NOW open .... It's there for you. It's a space where we co-create It’s a space that is intuitively guided by YOUR energy, your desires & needs I offer space and allow the energy to MOVE through me. I offer the WISDOM and insight of my Transformational Healing Journey, my energy healing, my self love practises . My connection to movement, dance, healing, music and Yoga. I offer the practices of EMBODIMENT and feeling into your body of being present with what is. EMBODY: be an expression of or give a tangible or visible form to (an idea, quality, or feeling) We explore that, Unpack it through movement, discussion, insight. We explore how to BE LIKE A TREE We explore how you can hold hold space for you (and then be able to show up for others) We explore how to ROOT down to learn to open up more - to expand our perceptions and hold more of WHO WE ARE. EMBODIED means to me - owning, a fullness of self, a dropping down, and stepping in. A knowing - a full bodied experience. It’s honouring that deep full aspect of self - allowing ourselves to really own it. AND knowing that it is SAFE to do so. I want to show up for you in this way. I want to create an energetic container where we FLOW, create and EMBODY. I created this space for us ALL ... For those that are TOO busy, that cant get to IN PERSON Events, that are comfortable in their own homes, that feel shy, I created it for us. It's there... Jump in.

15.01.2022 Oh how these words resonate for me today. I just got off a call with a mentor who reflected to me my state of uninhibited aliveness..... ... She simply said by the look and feel of what you are expressing right now .... You are in a state of Uninhibited Aliveness. My whole body said YES to this. Yes Yes This is the work. This is the of the deep wisdom. The unlocking and unraveling. This is the work of Sacred Womens Biz circles The work of becoming, of falling back and FEELING supported. Of opening the spaces and dropping into the unique experience and expression of our TRUTH. And then just RELAXING here, it’s safe to be here. All is OK B x

08.01.2022 Be Like a TREE - the root system I've alway loved trees. Like, I am a BIG TREE HUGGER. The wisdom and gift that they have to share is magnificent. They way in which they develop an intelligent root system network that is deeply connected and rooted into the earth and how this is the BASIS for the opening and expansion through their trunk and limbs and leaves right up into the sun. This is HOW they receive the light of the sun & their nourishment to grow.... It's the saying ROOT to rise. The taller the tree, the deeper the root system is - this is so the tree does not topple over, but is balanced in both the expansion above, by the energy below. This is like our stability practise As we OPEN up to new levels of expansion, desires, knowledge, new ways of being i.e. the best version of ourselves (in believing the fundamental law that we are ALWAYS evolving)...... The importance of a stability practise goes DEEPER. The more we open our consciousness, expand and improve ourselves: the deeper and more grounded we need to be IN OUR PHYSICAL BODY: (cue EMBODIMENT PRACTISE). Sometimes we exist too much in our brain - (um yep! Guilty) too much overthinking, again the antidote is to pause, breath and BRING the awareness back down into the body. Just take a moment to pause now - Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Where are you? Where is your attention focussed? Where is the energy focussed in your body? Notice it. Now allow each exhalation to draw the energy DOWN, down through the body to the base of the FEET. Take as many breaths as you need to do this Feel your feet on the earth.. STAND on the earth. Feel grounded, stable, perhaps you can even visualize the energy growing out of the feet and into the earth - like roots. Does it have a colour? Can you feel the energy? Does it spiral, or go straight down? Just notice this. Our work and exploration is on our FEET & legs - I want you to NOTICE, pay attention to how you stand in your body, on the earth. Keep bringing your breath & attention back down to this - enjoy it. Put your feet on the earth, the dirt, the sand, the water. Just notice the sensation - enjoy it. And have gratitude for the YOUR amazing feet walking you through this LIFE. Give them some love. 05.01.2022 These circles give me all the feels Since August these have been a collection of amazing women .... who have been .... ... Willing to show up - to put themselves in an uncomfortable space ... to move their bodies and embrace the energy and dive deep. It really does require guts to show up for yourself like this. I know these women have shown up with a sense of nervousness, anticipation and perhaps a little bit of what the hell is this that I’m going to type vibe. But they . And for that I am so . I really do get HOW hard it is to do the thing that steps you outside of your comfort zone. I don’t take that lightly and I deeply grateful for your I feel so LIT up by these circles So amazed by the presence and the energy that these women bring to the space. It’s all YOU baby!!! So ....
