22.01.2022 Hi, with the current situation and numbers rising on the coast I feel it’s safer for all of us if I don’t massage for awhile. I feel very sad to do this but I feel it’s in all our best interest. I will re assess at Easter if you would like to book for after Easter or I can text you then let me know. 17.01.2022 The sun what beautiful gift it is to see and feel, they say this virus doesn’t like the sun so if you can get out in it do so it’s not only good for that but for so many more things also our thoughts are amazing and if we could all imagine that the sun is shining on all the people in hospitals or can’t get out in especially the doctors and nurses caring for the ill I’m sure they would all love to feel the sun right now, we are asked to stay home so they can work to help us, I’m sure a little moment to send some healing sun couldn’t hurt

16.01.2022 A couple weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my lower back where it was bad enough to make me go to chemist to get some tablets for it but the chemist who is lovely lady reminded me of magnesium (which I take everyday) and I thought to myself on the way home I have magnesium oil at home so I tried that and I swear I felt my muscles say thank you I used it for a whole week and my back felt much better and I didn’t take those tablets not to say that you shouldn’t take tablets we are all different and if that’s what you need then trust your body (and if pain persists go see someone) so I thought I’d share the benefits of magnesium oil with you all our bodies are amazing if we take the time to listen to what it needs Enjoy your week and take time for yourself because you are worth it
