11.01.2022 YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT -- 200%! Through Destiny Rescue's EOFY Matching Campaign, we were able to rescue TWO children!! Thank you so, so much to everyone from last year who donated, bought something from REBORN Handmade or purchased from the "café" -- we have now rescued our sixth and seventh child Every single donation helps! ... Due to funds raised through their campaign, Destiny Rescue's agents were also able to meet their goal to execute twenty raids in the Philippines plus extra to do more rescues in their other project nations. They have also been able to expand their rescue efforts into a new country, and are celebrating their first rescues there! 06.01.2022 CHALLENGE TIME: Usually our aim is to raise $1500 each year to rescue a child from slavery through Destiny Rescue. But in the coming year, let’s raise $6000 (that’s $500 per month). Can we do it? I think we can! The thought is that if donations of $16 can be made every day over 365 days, we will make it. We already have had a head start! (See graphs in the pictures below. We’re just over 39% of the way to our goal for this month, and just over 3% for the year's goal).
