25.01.2022 It’s not often that we get to stop and just be in the moment in our busy daily lives. I personally love giving that gift of stillness to the ladies that come on retreat and seeing the relaxed faces leave on a Sunday! #itssorewarding ... My intention was to design a retreat for women to unwind and be totally cared for there is spa time, massage and the most blissful meditation yoga that will let the body’s aches go not to mention the self care/ self massage class that teaches you tricks to take home with you as well. I also love the incredible hearts of women being there for women encouraging and supportive of each other helping each other with ideas to take home and try out or that listening ear or the belly laughs that’s created when women get together is next level beautiful. 05.01.2022 Rebourn Retreat is a weekend of self love and nurturing organised for you with the most blissful agenda Agenda varies but this is a rough outline!!! Day 1 (Friday): Arrivals from 5pm Relaxing with fellow retreaters with a scrumptious grazing platter and your favourite drink ... At approx 7pm a delicious dinner will be served. Day 2 (Saturday): Breakfast will be served at 7am followed by an optional Rainforest walk or just take in the surroundings of nature and peacefulness. 30min Massages will commence at 8.30am, with option to upgrade for an extra cost. ($40 for 30mins more or $80 for an extra hr.) Your cook & eat the goods class will be held at lunchtime. Mid afternoon you will experience a blissful, nurturing, meditation yoga where you will be swaddled and guided through a series of unwinding poses to free the mind and soften the body...Then you will float out and enjoy a shared grazing platter and beverage of your choice) a soak in the magnesium hot tub if you wish!!! Followed by dinner Day 3 (Sunday): you have the option of taking a nature walking soaking in the spa or just sleep in it’s totally up to you. Breakfast will be served at Approx 7.30am. At 9am you will learn how to Self Massage with a trigger point ball class (45mins). Morning tea followed by another relaxation class finishing in time for lunch.
