04.01.2022 The 2019 National Recreational Fishing Conference has concluded and, frankly, can only be deemed an outstanding success. This afternoon saw the Habitat Session (sponsored by the Fish Habitat Network, which is funded by NSW Recreational Fishing Trusts thank you). We heard from a number of habitat champions from across Australia and how we fishers can improve our future fishing prospects by investing our time and muscle into rehabilitation, restoration and protection of fish habitats.
