04.01.2022 Today is our final day of Virtual Reconciliation in the Park. We would like to say a big thank you to our Funders, Sponsors and Virtual Rec in the Park contributors. We also thank you all for tuning in each day! We hope you have enjoyed it.... Today is also Mabo Day, a day to remember Eddie Koiki Mabo, great Man who fought for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders rights. Eddie campaigned for Indigenous land rights, this led to the land mark decision that Australia was not categorised as Terra Nullius or No man’s land in the Australian High Court on June 3rd 1992. If you have any feedback on the Virtual event we would love to hear it! Please comment below or email [email protected]
