24.01.2022 Pumpkin and Creamed Corn Soup 1kg Pumpkin, Diced 1/2 Cup Water 2 Onions, Diced... 60g Butter 2 Chicken Stock Cubes 420g can of Creamed Corn 3 T-spoons Worstershire Sauce 1/2 Cup Cream In a large saucepan add the Pumpkin, Water, Butter, Onions and Stock Cubes and simmer until the pumpkin is soft. Add tin of Creamed Corn and Worstershire Sauce and puree (I use my stick blender) and stir in cream just before serving. Perfect with crusty buttered bread !!!!

19.01.2022 Slow Cooker - Coke Minced Beef 500g mince 1 tin cream of chicken soup 1 pkt of french onion soup mix 1 can coke... 2 diced carrots Brown mince in frying pan. Add to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. At end to thicken add cornflour. Serve with mash potato.
01.01.2022 Sorry I haven't posted any recipes of late. I have been in hospital on bed rest for a week and then a week later on the 20th of May we welcome our second son Dominic Lucas via emergency c-sect at 36+6 and he was in the SCN for over a week . Once we are settled in home a little more I will get my recipe typing on again. So many recipes I want to share with you all :-)
