25.01.2022 Information on the Event will be available on our website soon.

25.01.2022 Okay, plans are steaming ahead for "Reclaim the Night" - 28/10/2011. We have applications in to all relevant authorities and the outline is set. This year we will be starting the march at the Plaza parking area (Goondoon Street) and taking it all the way to James Cook Park on Flinders Parade.

15.01.2022 October is Sexual Violence Awareness Month. A candle lighting ceremony was held at Women's Health Centre by the Wise Women's Group to remember those who have lost their lives to sexual violence. Thank you to the Wise Women for this sombre and touching remembrance.

05.01.2022 Don't want to burn your fingers on messy wax at the Reclaim the Night march? We have awesome battery operated candles available for only $2 at the Women's Health Centre. Light up the parade with flashing colours or a steady light in 4 different colours - your choice, the options are all in the one candle. :)

04.01.2022 Huge Thankyou (!!) to Steve Cook for donating $500 worth of television advertising to the Wome's Health Centre. This is absolutely amazing and we really, really appreciate it!
