19.01.2022 Ive always loved a hat still do. This one was plush and I can feel it as I remember my fingers brushing around the rim. Mum made my frock, she was big on Peter Pan collars and bows of black velvet. It was at my uncle and aunts wedding maybe 60 years ago. We, the kids, got sandwiches for dinner, guess they didnt know what to feed kids at weddings way back then ... anyway, memories of a safe, loving life where we were part of everything, taught values and manners (goodness ...me) happy to wear what mum put us in, excited for a newly whipped up frock all came rushing back to me when I found this black and white pic. 04.01.2022 Many many years ago (in a land far far away ) I chose to walk away from a pretty good life to learn how I could really help young mums and community enjoy their bubbies even if it was just through gentle support and guidance. I love that chiro uni taught me so much about the amazing innate intelligence of our body/brain and what to look for. But you know I have always lead with my heart and sometimes that hurts but yesterday I was gifted this fabulous and wonderful and heart felt treasure which has just made every single thing I have ever done worthwhile. Beautiful mummy, I hope/trust you know what this means to me. Infinite love and gratitude it does take a village to raise a child, thank you for allowing me into your village
