25.01.2022 NEW PHYSIO ALERT - HILA Hila graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2016 in Israel and started working in an outpatient clinic. She then relocated to Adelaide in 2017 and worked at a private practice with other physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. Later on, she relocated to Orange and worked as a physiotherapist and as an allied health team leader in aged care facilities. Milo completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Queensland in 2017 before recently completing his post-graduate Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in 2020. Throughout his career, Milo has been extensively involved within the sports industry managing the High Performance Unit at Brisbane City FC as well as working within the Sports Medicine team a...t Stanford University in the USA. 14.01.2022 We are often told that new clients are intimidated or scared to join our classes as they don't have co-ordination or don't feel fit or strong enough. Or that they are "too old". What we strive for in our classes is progress not perfection. We don't expect every one to nail each exercise every time. We just want you to give it your best and we will help you to fine-tune your technique as you get stronger and more aware of your body. Certain clients of ours are told most classes "straighten your legs" or "look up" and we are still hopeful that one day they will naturally do this without a reminder . Lachie completed his bachelor's degree of Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland in 2014. After Graduating he spent the early part of his career working as the gym-based rehabilitation manager at the Brisbane City Council until moving on to preventative corporate health that found him working in many small... towns across Australia. In recent times he has turned his hand to performance working with Wynnum Manly Seagulls as well as a range of endurance athletes from runners, cyclists and triathletes. 06.01.2022 Congratulations to the MOB men who competed in the annual Kom Financial Advice Queensland Classic Road Series Darren Smith Classic on Sunday 8th November This was the last race in a gruelling series and involved climbing up the Hinze Dam wall several times! Despite this, the MOB men came away with some excellent results! 1. Nathan Campbell winning Masters Men B and securing 3rd place overall in the series ... 2. Philipp Jobges winning Elite Men C and securing a massive overall in the series 3. Chris Miller winning in Elite Men C with some massive climbing efforts and teamwork to support Phillip. 03.01.2022 Sugar is the key source of energy for our body. It provides us with fuel for energy and allows organs like our brain to perform at its best .
