25.01.2022 Recoila 400 Hz Aviation Ground Power Cable management Kiosk From top to bottom this combination of cable reel and control system is designed and built to the highest standards. Recoila recognises the need to provide an effective and efficient cable management system for the deployment and retrieval of 400Hz aviation ground power cables. The unique design ensures the cable is wound on neatly in a single layer, at a safe and controlled speed. The onboard VSD through the encoder... is programmed to stop the drive at maximum deployment and maximum retrieval without the possibility of over or under winding, eliminating the possibility of damage to the cable or plug. The ramp up acceleration and linier speed is set to ensure the operator has maximum control over the operation. Large diameter rollers in the roller guide provide less stress to the protective cover of the cable and the cores within. The reel is activated through the remote buttons located in the plug, lockout features prevent the reel being operated while the plug is connected to the aircraft protecting the asset and the operator, additional inputs and outputs are made available in the VSD allowing the you to add and customise the control to your specific allocation or needs. The Kiosk cabinet is moulded in a fibreglass offering a sound, reliable and corrosion free housing, with four removable panels allowing quick and full access to the inside of the Kiosk without the need to unscrew panels etc.

The guard is moulded from a recycled polypropylene and is 100% recyclable. The clever design allows for one part to be both LH and RH fit and offers a modern fresh aesthetically appealing look. 10.01.2022 When a customer approached us looking for a hose management solution for coastal refueling applications we offered the ReCoila hand crank T series in a hot dip galvanised finish complete with an onboard trolley pack to accomodate a hose capacity of 20m x 1-1/2 ID refueling hose. The trolley pack allows them to quickly and efficiently move the hose to various refueling locations on the marina.

The customer was upgrading a mobile HPU and needed to ensure the new reel remained within his existing foot print. With some fancy design worked we managed to exceed the customers expectations.

The CT series reels are specifically designed for the jetting and drain cleaning market, however they also provide a great solution for managing air hoses on maintenance trucks. This reel has been engineered to provide not only value for money but it offers sound engineering and design features.

06.01.2022 Latest upgrade for Team ReCoila. This bad boy can swing 600mm and with a machining length of 1500mm it will allow us to fabricate larger more accurately centred fluid paths and axel assemblies.

04.01.2022 Recoila now offers highly corrosion resistant Hastelloy C fluid paths and swivels for our reels. Designed and machined in house these swivels provide a hose reel option for highly corrosive chemicals in applications where other materials like stainless steel are not suitable.
