20.01.2022 I recently had 3 therapy sessions with Lyndal. I would arrive in my usual stressed and anxious way, yet i had inner knowing that all would take place as needed. I have had therapy (in a variety) of ways for the last 8 years, yet i tend to be very selective with whom i allow treatment of any kind. Lyndal carries out her sessions in a very professional and caring way. As i said, i would arrive (wound up) like a clock and leave feeling very relaxed!... You get an understanding something has taken place during the therapy session. Yet some things in life - we do not need to know. I felt happy with my own take on the 3 sessions.
