18.01.2022 INTRODUCING EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH WITH A BANG! At Recovery Options we want to recognise thank ALL our staff for the amazing work they do! And this month we are kicking off a new initiative (Employee of the Month) with a BANG by recognising THREE legends (we couldn't pick one!): Tom, Elena and Evgenii! We want to publicly acknowledge the service, dedication and excellence with which they have been working. Our first employee of the month (in no particular order) is Elena. Ele...na is one of Recovery Options first staff members and comes with her own five star google reviews and clients who jostle for her service. Her dedication, reliability, effort, attention to detail, low maintenance, professionalism, phone calls, emails, information, on the spot incident reports and care makes her the talk of our office. We are so proud to have her on the team. Thank you sincerely, Elena. Tom, demonstrates both what quality service looks like and how to undertake an effective shift. Tom Hope is a Recovery Options star performer and has consistently added value to every life he has touched. He has made an incredible difference to our business in numerous ways. We would like to congratulate Tom for receiving Employee of the month. The third employer of the month and of equally high ranking is Evgenni. Evgenni joined the team while studying his PHD in Movement under scholarship at Melbourne University. Evgenni heralds from Russia and is known for his reliability, dedication and contribution to empowering, uplifting and helping heal client lives. One client reports I am able to walk without my wheel chair around the oval now because of Evgenni! Hands free!... It's very liberating and gives me a such a buzz... He gives me confidence and helps with my breathing, focus, concentration and balance... I listen to every word he says. Client feedback for Evgenni is consistently positive and we could not acknowledge such outcomes. Thank you kindly, Evgenni. Way to go team!

16.01.2022 OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH! We could not let October go by without acknowledging Luke. Luke has consistently provided exemplary service and has continued to do so since beginning employment with Recovery Options. He is Youth Work qualified, and does more hours then any staff member on our team. Luke is reliable, highly effective, intuitive and sought after by clients and families alike. He currently supports our many complex needs clients - a role which carries the highest... administration burden and biggest responsibility on our team. You may know Luke as the blonde guy that also works at the Yarra Burn Swim Centre. He turns up to shifts with play gear, is always prepared with a plan and leaves the client either exhausted or fulfilled. He is exemplary in his ability to play and connect with complex youth. We’d like to sincerely thank Luke for his efforts and express how proud we are to have him on our team.
