Here's our quickest recovery protocol : ON THE SAME DAY Stay 1min per degree in the ice bath (eg if the ice bath is at 10C, stay inside for 10min...yes, 10 minutes!!). HOW DOES IT WORK? Rhythmic breathing promotes deep relaxation and stress relief and is a core part of most meditation practices.
