23.01.2022 Day 38 isnt a video showing you an exercise that you probably wont do even if it was really helpful to your long term overall fitness. Todays tip is so much more important. Habits. How do you creat good ones or bad ones for that matter. Psychotherapist will charge you 10s if thousands of dollars for what youre about to learn. Today Re-Creation is passing it onto you for FREE. TRIGGER. BEHAVIOR. REWARD. ... what you do on a regular basis, your habits, are constructed of three elements and only three elements. The trigger. Something that works in your subconscious that makes you do something. Behaviour. Once the trigger happens your behaviour follows. Reward. Reward is what you get from doing your behaviour. Now example. If you sit down every night after dinner to Netflix you will start to create a behaviour pattern. The trigger is dinner. The behaviour is sitting down and getting some reward. In this instance you think its peace and quiet whilst watching a television program. But what it could be his avoidance of what you should be doing. Eg cleaning the house, doing your homework, spending time with your elderly mother. The reward isnt always obvious. Good. Or Bad. So as you get through the next six weeks start thinking about your triggers, behaviours, and the rewards youre looking for.
