02.01.2022 Flashback to a brief moment in time where a German-Canadian made the new world land speed record for a human powered vehicle, with a very nice, sleek, 2-wheeled... recumbent. These guys say they would never in their right minds ride one of these, so low, in traffic or a road that isn't closed off, because cars would just not see them. So why are so many building them so close to the ground for daily use? With the open ones, there is actually an aerodynamic penalty if you are too close to the ground.
