17.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we inform you that will be closed for business until further notice. Due to stage 1 restrictions to help stop the spread of Coronavirus, we closed our cafe seating area on Monday at noon. Tables and seating in the food court were then removed. We opened today, but as expected, customers were scarce.... We understand and hope that you all stay safe. Thank you to all our loyal customers for their continued support and love. We have been here for over 21 years! Looking forward to reopening, when it is safe, and seeing you all, our 2nd family, very soon xx

06.01.2022 Over the last few months, our beautiful country has experienced devastating bushfires. Our hearts broke and we cried to see the destruction of life and land. Australia came together in any way they could to help our fellow Aussies. For the month of January, Red Balloon Cafe offered to donate $1 for every coffee sold. We included all hot beverages, including those sold in our already discounted special deals.... A massive THANK YOU to all our customers! You heard our plea and you came out and showed your support! We had people tell us they came especially to Parkmore to shop because they heard of our bushfire donation. Our staff have been amazing They chose to donate all their hard earned tips as well as making their own substantial cash donations. We raised a total of $4,142!!!! It was vital that ALL of this money reached those who needed it the most. We've chosen to donate to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. The Victorian Government has partnered with Bendigo Bank and The Salvation Army. 100% of donated funds will go directly to communities in need. Once again, THANK YOU! The way our community has come together to help our fellow Australians is truly heartwarming and inspirational. 05.01.2022 Guess who's back? Back again? RBC's back, tell a friend! We are sooo excited to announce that we will be reopening tomorrow morning! Reduced trading hours to start off. 8.30-4pm Mon-Wed... 7.30-5 Thursday 7.30-7/8 Friday 8am-4pm Sat & Sun. Due to Government restrictions, cafe seating will be reserved for sit down meals only and time limits may apply. Looking forward to seeing you all again!
