We have checked all the Government requirements and will be ready to ensure compliance for our first class on Monday.... We will post the main elements of our Covid Safety Plan over the weekend so students and parents are aware of the requirements from arriving at class, during class and completion of class. Most parents will be aware, but due to a restriction of student numbers per class and social distancing requirements that, initially, we will NOT be able to let parents stay in the building during class times. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PUPS CLASS ON WEDNESDAY where one parent per family of students will be allowed to stay as a necessary requirement (subject to overall numbers attending) Looking forward to seeing everyone again and to starting our TKD Classes. 09.01.2022 Dont worry about the number of each activity try and do a few of each every couple of days This is your first ongoing activity challenge Only do what you feel comfortable doing Because each activity depends on how far you have advanced in TKD only do the kick or activity you know and have practiced before. Still a good start to enable some practice activities.... Enjoy your practice Stay Safe and well Dave and team

06.01.2022 This is the first of what we hope to be a regular update to all members and families during the current restrictions. I am sure that you are all feeling similar to me in that you are already missing your Taekwondo classes and the personal face to face interactions with your fellow members and friends. However, we are in very uncertain times at the moment and we all need to be extra careful in how we interact to make sure that everyone stays as safe as possible. I know that ...practising by yourself is not as much fun as being at class and that it may be difficult to keep the motivation going, but we will be posting updates regularly including links to help you continue practicing basic moves and kicks as well as your patterns. Please also check in with your Taekwondo friends regularly to make sure they are fine as staying in contact is very important, but please use recommended safe means and personal distance requirements. If you can, please share this post with other members and families and encourage them to follow us on Facebook so we can keep everyone up to date, and as ready as possible, for when we are allowed to start classes again. Our hope is that everyone will stay healthy and positive. And keep practising. Dave and team
