04.01.2022 FIX YOUR PRICING TO FUTURE PROOF YOUR BUSINESS Do you struggle to get your business pricing right? You come to tax time and realise you have been working for a pittance, a few cents an hour. Or perhaps you tally up all your business costs and realise that you have made a loss for the year. Or you are just not confident in setting or talking about your pricing structure.... Pricing is really tough to get right, whether you are selling products or services. So how do you know what to charge? In this special masterclass for The Business of Being Creative, held on Saturday 22nd February, pricing specialist Courtney Deagon of Court and Co will walk you through some strategies to reframe your pricing and be able to show potential customers your true value, without feeling awkward when talking about price. You will gain information on how to stop losing money and start earning clients who are a great fit with your business, and love working with you because of the huge value you can give them through what you create. Courtney is a pricing expert who uses her background studies in psychology and accounting and seasoned skills in sales and marketing to provide high-value transformation in a business’s pricing and value creation. Series producer Andrea Smith from Applause Genie says Many of the small businesses I’ve worked with say one of their top ten issues is pricing. If the price is too low potential customers may suspect there is something wrong with your product/service and not buy or the business owner is making no money. If the price is too high they may not get any customers in the first place. It can be a real struggle to know what to do and causes a lack of confidence in the business offerings. And often the business closes up or fails. We want to keep our small businesses thriving. The future of your business depends on its ability to create magnetic value for your clients, communicating that value effectively, and attracting the exact clients you want to serve. This masterclass is the perfect way to get your pricing structure sorted and have a successful and profitable 2020. What: The Business of Being Creative Pricing Your Work When: Saturday 22nd February, 9.30am - 12pm. Where: Palms Function Room, Redlands Sporting Club, Anson Road Wellington Point.
