23.01.2022 Yippee here we go!.....it was such an exciting day with tests resuming for us, Department of Transport and Main Roads was rocking today! Im sure the examiners were as excited as the Redback team, I know I was. After waiting such a long time for this occasion the Redback drivers had an awesome hit out...massive congratulations to Portia, Hannah and Oscar for earning their freedom! We were able to help out a learner from another drive school today so that she had the sam...e opportunity as all the rest, fabulous outcome for all. Working together to support each other in the industry for the benefit of our community's young people! 11.01.2022 Those using the QLD Learner Logbook app... a troubleshooting tip. Regularly hit the cloud icon when sending your information, if you dont then sometimes I wont receive your information and your app shows its still waiting for approval but it never arrived in the first place :)

08.01.2022 Redback team going to test - There is quite a few of you going to test over the next few weeks, such exciting times eh! I know you have waited for such a long time, quite a few since March. Can I recommend you try and drive every day in the lead up week, even if its a little drive. Drive those tight little streets where rolling 1st are required to put the sneak on at a blind intersection. Lots of stop signs and attack those traffic lights on Dawson and Hanson Roads. B...e sure you watch the below post about 10 posts down 'turning right at lights' and then go find a set on Tooloola Road, Auckland and Tank, Breslin and Dawson...oh there's that really scary one on Chapman drive (try that one and tell me your war stories next lesson) . Remember your mirrors and blindspot checks, left is life and REVERSING IS DANGERIOUS! Ill put the uturn pictures here for you in a comment Go drive yourselves silly and enjoy the time left with your mums and dads beside you. Remember if you haven't yet driven on a dirt road, best you talk to them about it now. For those of you who will be asked to reschedule your lessons to allow for these test to happen, I thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart. 04.01.2022 Well we all know the story here. We were happily plodding along in March getting ready for your test, book it and BOOM..... there was a nasty germ in the air. So we wait 3 months, we drive drive drive practice, practice practice and yippee we get a test- oh golly goodness IT IS ON! Okay we are ready, we turn up for the day early, not a lot of sleep eyes wide and adrenaline surging, but something happens at Transport and its rescheduled....OMG how many times can one's adrenali...ne peak! So you shake it off (secreting thinking you now have more time but.. get it done already! :):) ) So you presented for the the 3rd time....I wonder if you greeted your butterflies in your tummy with a 'hello old friend' this time round. I so wish I was there to see that look on your face when you were told you passed your practical test Mizra. Congratulations successfully converting your open international license to Qld open license Congratulations Charlene for passing your driving assessment and earning those beautiful red 'P' plates.
