22.01.2022 Is anyone (regional Vic only) available during the week for a COVID safe planting festival? Today saw us get 50 mature-ish river sheoaks and melaleuca in and protected from the rabbits. We still have another 240 seedlings to plant at a rescheduled tree planting day. ... Our aim is to reduce the dust the north westerly winds bring into town during our hot summers and provide shade for our pastures and livestock.

22.01.2022 Apparently these are native poppies? Is anyone familiar with these as they are popping (pardon the pun) in the goose run.

11.01.2022 We love our geese. Ours aren't aggressive and come back home in the evenings after a day in the paddock. Need to downsize the "gaggle due to a very good hatch rate last season. Great for keeping the lawn tidy and bugs out of the orchard. Very low maintenance although need protection from foxes. If youre interested in keeping some send me a DM.
