16.01.2022 This photo was taken while sitting at my desk today. It’s the inside of a 40cm diameter terrarium that my son put together as part of a trial workshop we did in... preparation for running wellbeing retreats after Covid is gone. Lots of mental, physical and spiritual health benefits are known to come from nurturing indoor plants. Nurturing a whole eco-system takes it to another level!! We can’t go outside much at the moment, so why not bring the outside inside?!
