25.01.2022 Curtin and Clay are open for the public holidays 7:30-12:30, Sunday as usual. Come say hello!

25.01.2022 We try and source the best disposables we can get our mitts on. These cups from are made from entirely plant based materials, harvested from sustainably planted wood, and are fully carbon offset from @biopak.packaging - you can also recycle them, or compost them in your home compost!

24.01.2022 So we made a couple of these instructional videos for making coffee at home. Here’s the espresso one! Filtered water (straight from the brita!) will make your espressos taste brighter and will also improve the longevity of your machine! Scales will help you stay consistent - remember that one awesome shot you made? Imagine if every shot came out exactly the same! Keeping the top of your portafilter clean, always flushing your machine after a shot and always letting a burst of air out after steaming milk will lead to better machine function for longer too. (PS. Note the awesome RBE sticker on the side of this classic Gaggia. Cool right?) happy brewing!

23.01.2022 Rogue (formerly Moneyball) is for highlighting really Complex, fruit forward coffees in a blend. These coffees often taste a bit wild and unique - and in our blend they are sweet, complex and a little Rogue. @ Redbrick Coffee

23.01.2022 From today, you can plant, perch, plonk, sit, scooch, or settle down inside at Fyshwick and outside at Fyshwick, Curtin and @clay.coffee . Give your legs a rest!

23.01.2022 Classic, Rich, Sweet or Complex? Whatever you want, whatever you need, get it shipped for free in the ACT

23.01.2022 That’s a wrap for another 5 weekdays of serving our favourite coffees with a smile. See ya at Curtin, Fyshwick or @clay.coffee this weekend

22.01.2022 How do you brew coffee at home? Recently, we've been loving the crisp, clean flavours we get from brewing with a V60. You can explore our filter range online, or see how we like to make coffee ourselves on the Everything Coffee section of our website!

22.01.2022 Dark Coffee: really rich, really good. Really!

22.01.2022 We're loving our latest Bolivian coffee, Sol de la Manana. We put it into our Complex category because of its bright acidity and big floral notes. It's a coffee that's sweet, vibrant, juicy and great in a V60, French Press or Aeropress

20.01.2022 Family photo! Each of our blends are designed to give you a unique flavour profile - something rich, classic, sweet or complex. They all happen to make your day just a little better too

19.01.2022 Fillin’ up cups of the good stuff all weekend! And all of next week too. And the following weekend. And the next week too.

18.01.2022 You may have seen the @lamarzoccoau KB90 at our Fyshwick shop. It’s been.. pretty game changing to say the least. It helps cut down on wastage, and is the most staff well-being friendly machine we’ve ever encountered. Check out our blog on Everything Coffee! (Link in bio!)

16.01.2022 For us, buying coffees in June is always a good time. Last year that meant tasting tables full of coffees that tasted like fairy floss, lemon curd, peach iced tea and raspberry lollies. As always, we’re super excited to see what this year holds.

15.01.2022 @fazendaprogresso make coffees we love to use. Gandula is a lot that stood out to Tim when he visited last year presenting tropical flavours like banana, mango and pineapple - that you don’t normally find in Brazilian coffees. We have it available on the website as a filter roast and we think it’s delish! @ Red Brick Roastery

14.01.2022 We made the Sweet category to highlight the coffees that bring a little sunshine into our lives. We look for coffees that are just nice, bright and balanced with naturally sweet flavours. It's a super fun category to source for, roast, brew and drink! . Hartume is a stunningly sweet coffee that we roast to go great as an espresso. It's a little floral and tastes a little like cherries too! . Andre Hakizimana is a regular favourite of ours, it’s got some nice apricot, biscuit,... and orange flavours, and tastes great as a filter coffee. . Good Day is a blend that was the inspiration for the entire sweet category. We find coffees that are clean and bright and put them together so they're sweet black and malty with milk. @ Redbrick Coffee See more

14.01.2022 Coffee Coffee, easy easy. Have you tried our fully biodegradable pods yet?

14.01.2022 This week we’ve been cooking up coffee from Bolivia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and mixing up our blends to make sure they’re tasting juuuuust right

13.01.2022 We've expanded our pods to include our new fave Dark Coffee. It's chocolatey and rich, and best of all you can whack 'em straight in your compost bin when you're done! Check the webstore in our bio!

11.01.2022 Who ever thought that grinding roasted fermented cherry seeds into a fine powder, and pushing hot water at high pressure through a basket with tiny holes would make such a tasty drink? Anyway, you can find us doing exactly that all weekend.

11.01.2022 We’re closed up today at all locations! But you can catch us tomorrow all across Canberra

10.01.2022 Coffee really puts a big ol' smile on our faces

09.01.2022 Don’t plunge into the weekend without coffee or something to brew it with! We’ve got brewing guides for all kinds of devices up on our website - just hit Everything Coffee! We’re loving our Santa Barbara through a good ol plunger at the moment - tasting like peanut brittle and chocolate

09.01.2022 Last week, we popped up to see @blochausmkv and hook them up with some sweet, sweet coffee. We wrote about it and took some photos of their beaut new space! Hit the link in our bio to have a sneak peek of what’s to come

08.01.2022 We’re back baby Officially swinging our big doors open tomorrow at 6.30am. We’ve missed all of you soooooo much & are so excited to bring you lots of new ...& exciting goods. We’ve used this time to reflect on what we’re doing, why we’re doing it & how we do it. One of these is our focus on supporting local (now, more than ever) so we’ve made to switch to our fave fave fave Redbrick Coffee made right here in Canberra. You’ll also notice we’ve made changes to how we do salad, yep a whole new system! Come in & we’ll step you through our new process. We’re still focusing on quality ingredients but with more of a seasonal twist, & more choice for you! And yes, porridges & warm bowls are back!! Please know that we do have limits for dine in, everyone needs to ensure physical distancing & we ask you stay home if you’re not feeling too flash. Hope to see you all soon See more

08.01.2022 Who loves a v60? We sure do. We made this video as a guide to assist anyone pouring without a gooseneck kettle. While gooseneck kettles are great, they’re not 100% necessary and with a few tips you can still make coffee consistently and deliciously! Try and pour towards the centre of the cone. This will help keep your flow consistent (and we catch all those extra grounds with the swirl at the end anyway!) Grind is everything! If you don’t have a grinder, ask any of our cafes to grind your beans on our EK43s. The particle size will make your pour overs consistent and delicious. We’re always happy to help too! If you’re finding issues with grind, your cone not draining or ridiculously fast or slow drawdown times, shoot us a message or ask in one of our stores and we’d be happy to help!

08.01.2022 New beans on the webstore! We've got coffees that taste like orange candy, coffees that taste peanut brittle, we've even got coffees that taste like a nice cup of hot chocolate Check out our web store and find some sweet flavours!

07.01.2022 Starting our week slam dunking high quality unroasted coffee into our @probatroasters to be turned into high quality roasted coffee - just the way we like it

07.01.2022 O humble coffee in a cup, we’ll never take you for granted again.

06.01.2022 Hey! We’re looking to grow our team. If you’re a coffee person, cooking person or people person, send your resume through to [email protected]

05.01.2022 We’re serving up complimentary good vibes with every coffee - all day every day at @clay.coffee

03.01.2022 Our coffee sacks are free for anyone to pick up from the roastery! They’re great for sack races, worm farms and a bajillion other DIY tasks. Take one, take two, take twenty!

03.01.2022 Need some beans this week? You can get them: - In any of our stores - Through our webstore (with free delivery in the ACT!) - From anywhere that retails our beans - Via @barker_st ... - By asking someone very very nicely to get you some See more

01.01.2022 One tastes sweet like malt, the other is sweet like candy. Both come in a neat bag that's made entirely from plant based materials, and we think that's pretty sweet too.

01.01.2022 We renamed our Seasonal blend ‘Good Day’ when we changed our look. Why? Because we thought it summed up what this coffee does just a little better. Besides, who doesn’t want a good day?

01.01.2022 Fun Fact! The V in V60 stands for "Very Good". Ok maybe it doesn't. But it might as well! . If you want to see our favourite way to brew V60s at home, just check out Everything Coffee on our website! We have a few other guides up there too
