15.01.2022 Queenslanders are doing a great job dealing with COVID-19 and in recent days more people have come forward and gotten tested - which is great news! It's what w...e have been asking Queenslanders to do if they have any symptoms of COVID-19, regardless of how mild their symptoms are. You may have heard recently of a "Brisbane Youth Detention Centre Cluster alert", this is a number of suburbs where known COVID-19 people have been. More information can be found here: https://www.qld.gov.au//cor/current-status/contact-tracing While you will see that there are no suburbs listed in our community, we must continue to be vigilant and get tested if any of us display any COVID-19 symptoms. To further support Queenslanders we have opened up more testing sites to enable COVID-19 tests to be undertaken quickly and easily. For people on the north side of Brisbane we have opened up a new pop up COVID-19 testing site at the Redcliffe Showgrounds which will open on weekdays from 8am to 4pm. For information about other sites across Brisbane and indeed Queensland please visit the following website: https://www.qld.gov.au//stay-inf/testing-and-fever-clinics Together if we all keep up the great work we are doing, we will get through this.
