20.01.2022 So many people are having a cold or flu at the moment. There are some delicious foods to eat to help prevent you getting a cold or flu. In case you do get it I suggest a drink made up of 1 tbsp of lemon or apple cider vinegar,1 tbsp of raw honey, a raw garlic clove minced up finely and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Add hot water to this mixture and drink it slowly. Of course also make sure you get plenty of rest of drink plenty of water.
