28.04.2022 Great video from David Bombeke in Belgium showing Redcord in action. David uses Redcord as part of his assessment and in his rehabilitation programs and gets great results with all kinds of athletes, especially cyclists and football players.

11.04.2022 New course dates announced for Melbourne (3-5 August) and Sydney 19-21 October). Neurac is short for Neuromuscular Activation, and consists of therapeutic exercise using Redcord slings. Practitioners use Neurac to painlessly restore movement patterns and improve function.
