She has worked so hard to enhance her skills with us and we are so proud of her new selection for 2021. A fantastic young lady that is always upbeat and enthusiastic about her learning. We will miss having her with us in 2021 but she goes knowing we are always here for her. . 12.01.2022 Success story: Unfortunately it is an all to familiar story when the feedback given by clubs is "he's just a little too small" well Finn Williams has changed that narrative, at RDFA we develop players to the point where we feel they are ready to move on and challenge themselves in a new environment. Well Finn was more than ready 12 months ago, with rejection after rejection due to his size he has persevered and got what his pure talent deserves. . Moving onto NPL next season ...he is going to tear it up! We want to thank Finn and his wonderful parents for the belief in us to get him to a point where he is ready to move on. Finn and his parents have handled the football environment so well even though it was clear to us Finn is an exceptional talent. Always being patient and working so hard; the Williams family have achieved not only for them but for the small kid who always feel's there size is a barrier to success.
