18.01.2022 The recent Truma hot water failure is repaired...no thanks to Trauma but thanks to Adam and Grace at Signature Caravan Repairs, Kelmscott, Western Australia - job well done!...

17.01.2022 I wanted to share with you a fantastic customer service experience with Ark Corporation #arkcorporation, makers of the Ark XO Jockey Wheel, an incredible piece of kit. Due to operator error, I broke the little latch that stops the wheel from pivoting when it is locked in the up position. I enquired with Ark as to how I can repair it. They immediately responded that they would send me replacement - free of charge! I offered to pay for it and their response was "no need for that"... A rare piece of customer service or 'icing on the cake' that we don't see much of today...thank you Ark!
