Gorgeous day for outside food prep from homegrown cabbage (coleslaw with homemade mayo) and #farmonfranklinporkonfork (our homegrown ham), followed by an Easter Egg hunt. Day 18: Sibling cuddles, activating nuts and seeds - heaps more nutritious and easy, then made activated hazelnut choc bliss balls. Day 19: Homemade sourdough starter crumpets, bookwork and finally our first batch of sparkly ginger kombucha yum! Quarantine over but I...'m in no hurry to leave home. Day 4: homemade Rhubarb custard pie Day 5: Vegan local veggie bake and mung bean sprouting; Day 6: socially distant wedgie eagle and bird watching with Dazzell, animal scavenger hunting, oodles of life giving rain, and comforting pea and ham soup on the stove! Day 9: Rounding up and moving piggies after allnighter moving them out of dam paddock and unblocking drains running into big new top dam during torrential rain. Day 10: creating 'Hugelkultur' beds and fabulous fungi everywhere! Day 11: Veggie seed planting and flat bread with pea and ham soup Day 12: Fresh fruit and veg juice.
