17.01.2022 Last week we finally disgorged and labelled our Sparkling Shiraz Rose Brut 2016- gorgeous colour, delicate Shiraz varietals, dry and softly effervescent...so thrilled! Time to enjoy parties and friends - with more sparkle! Wine making is a long journey... so pleased to have Alan Cooper at our side.

Menus change for Spring...we enjoy that we have the versatile light red, La Scassatina 2014 pleasing many....AND we are doing a sneak preview of our newest kid on the block, the Redesdale Estate Shiraz Rose 2016- sparkling!
