24.01.2022 ‘Study day’ (or as I prefer to call it - Wednesday witchy woo woo day) - time amid the ‘doing’ (I do a LOT of doing!) to rest, receive, meditate and bask in my Soul’s delight - connection to Spirit, metaphysical teachings and channelled wisdom.

07.01.2022 Saturday Soul space Though I’m delighted Soul space is now an EVERYday practice. It took time (years!), LOTS of resistance, excuse-making and devaluing of my Soul’s calling. ... Now it is my absolute delight to plant my sweet ass on this cushion (actually many cushions in many spaces!) and connect... to my Soul, to my inner guidance, to our Universal heartbeat and to the blissful, healing energy flowing to me and through me.
