20.01.2022 You might not have noticed, but cleaning companies are not required to list ingredients on bottles or packets. Want to know how to create your own cleaning products instead? Head here for some tips: https://ab.co/34FRH3i

13.01.2022 January special!! Within SEQ (Sunshine Coast out to Toowoomba, down to Gold Coast and within) 3 bedroom home electromagnetic radiation (EMR) readings $400. Pl...ease call for other prices, but this should give an indication. Special prices all January. Other areas, please call, I'm happy to come to you, we'll sort out something! An EMR reading involves: me turning up at your house or business property and taking spot readings of electromagnetic radiation (from TVs, fridges, a/c - anything that is electrical) and writing them all down. I also take note of any wifi or mobile phone readings, and the direction they're coming from. I look at the places in comparison to your furniture, habits - ie, where you spend your time, how much time etc) and make some suggestions, if required. Eg, if you have a fridge on one side of the wall and your child's bed at the other side of the wall, I'm going to suggest that one of these be moved.

04.01.2022 I am a qualified building biologist. That means I look at the (sometimes invisible) toxins and poisons in your building and advise on how to remove or mitigate. A lot of people seem to think that means "anti-big corporate" or "anti-medicine", or even "anti-science". Absolutely not true. Look, it's pretty much accepted that chorine (bleach) is a poison. That's true, don't drink it, be careful using it, especially make sure you have adequate ventilation - it's horrible stuff a...nd very dangerous. Am I completely anti-chlorine? No. Chlorine in water supplies or swimming pools is the most effective way of removing pathogens, germs, and diseases. Do I like chlorine? Not particularly. Would I rather have people dying from dysentery, diphtheria, typhoid, etc? Definitely not! So I'll accept the use of chlorine, because I've weighed up the alternatives. Do induction cooktops generate electromagnetic fields (EMF)? Yes, that's the way they work. Are EMFs bad? They're not good for you to spend time in, and effects vary with field size, strength, and time spent. Does an induction cooktop lessen the chance of accidentally leaving the hotplate on, sans pan, and possibly burning the house down? It can. Is burning the house down a good idea? No. Weigh the chances and risks of fire compared to the risks associated with EMF, make your choice. Is it good to spend a lot of time in a wifi field, particularly a strong one? No. Is it good for you to be close to the emitting source of mobile phone or wifi? No. Are you going to be able to live in our current society without them? Highly unlikely. Ever had your car break down? In the rain? On the highway? I have, and let me tell you that the benefit of being able to phone someone from the safety and dry of my car, to come and help me, is not something I'm willing to give up. So, as a building biologist I'm not going to advise you to give up everything in current society. I'll advise you to take precautions, keep minimum distances, turn off your wifi when you're not using it (also saves energy and reduces fire risk, lol)... but I personally will try to think of all the risks associated with something, not just the trendy anti-tech ones. Because I actually do care about your health.
