24.01.2022 Boxing Day is drawing to a close here in Brisbane and it has been a very quick break for us, but back out we go tomorrow as Service Calls still need to taken care of. Those of you who are fortunate to have extended leave, make the most of that special family time as it can be a rarity these days, for those of you who worked over Christmas for any of the Emergency Services i salute you. You may not like being rostered on and you may not get the recognition you deserve but what you do if and when needed is invaluable.....thank you.

23.01.2022 It's already Easter where on earth has the year gone? Red Fox has been busy installing replacement Data Cabinets to accommodate new larger Data Switches and taking the opportunity to give the patch cabling a facelift and a tidy. I've been relocating PABX equipment to new addresses and i've been installing new PABX equipment where the old existing ones have failed. If you have any Data or Telephone issues, NBN, PA or just happen to be feeling lonely and fancy a cup of tea and ...a friendly chat.....well you know where to find me. Happy Easter!

22.01.2022 Happy 2019 everyone, i guess the majority of you are now back to work and it all starts again, another year that will fly by if you let it, so do something special. Travel, propose, change vocation, start a family (gulp) just get to the end of 2019 and be able to look back and know that it has been a very good year. We only have so many summers and so many winters, as you get older you appreciate that your supply is running out so make the most of them people. So it's also th...e year to be thinking of your local friendly communications company and if you need advice or have an nbn issue or just fancy getting better wifi coverage....well i can help with that and quite possibly anything else with a network cable and even your telephone system old or new. 21.01.2022 Major changes at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre where they are planning to introduce a new external Coffee Shop, Beer Garden and Food Outlet in time for Drake on the 10th. With all the Data cabling and Data Cabinet installations being handed to me it is an exciting project that patrons at the Centre will all benefit from, it's keeping me and Troy in IT busy and productive.

16.01.2022 There has been a deluge of NBN enquiries where people have been left to sort out installation problems for themselves after their initial cut over from copper to fibre hasn't gone well, i keep getting calls so i guess people like what i do. I have also been fitting CCTV cameras, PA's, Access Points for Wifi coverage and Pabx's (telephone systems). If you need anything installed or faults fixed or your Telephone System programmed then i'm sure i can offer a quote or advice. Nothing is too much trouble....well perhaps ironing..yes pretty sure that is so you'll need to call some-one else for that..!

15.01.2022 Jason had a call today from a business whose Aria phone system has stopped working. Jason ordered one, it was delivered and replaced before the day was out.,the business didn't lose any business. (The problem was a mouse!)

13.01.2022 Well well well here we all are in the final run up to Christmas, the big day is less than a week away. I hope that you have all been and bought all the presents you need for the people in your life and that you're all looking forward to a well deserved break. Red Fox Communications would like to wish you all a very happy, a very merry and above all else a very safe Christmas. It has been a busy year but if any of you should have issues with Phone, Internet or NBN during the holidays then i will be around to help out if needed. Thank you for your support during 2018 it is appreciated, i hope to see you all again in 2019 to continue our working relationship.

13.01.2022 Well well well Christmas 2019 has already been carol singing outside, had far too much to drink and had several mince pies....where has the year gone? How has the year been for Red Fox Communications...? There have been periods of activity where i never thought id ever get a day off ever again twinned with days when the phone hasnt rung and id thought oh dear ill never work again but that is the nature of the job i guess. 2020 has me entering into my 37th year in the comm...unications trade and i really dont look a day over 80 so obviously no stress or concerns for me..... Thank you to all the Companies that continue to stick with me and to all the new ones that have come aboard i believe i have yet to let anyone down. To those of you though that have elected to employ electricians because they have convinced you that they can do everything, only to find that youve then had to call me back to fix things.... remember with Red Fox Communications your job will always be completed to your satisfaction at a price that will be fair to everyone. Have a good Christmas 2019, be well, be safe and look after each other.

10.01.2022 Busy end to a busy year, so here we go again 2017 financial year has started so Red Fox is open for business, whatever you need just give us a call i'm pretty sure i can help you out. We only get so many winters and so many summers so if you are deliberating over doing something then my suggestion is to hurry up before it’s too late! Now i’m not going to advise you on where to travel or whether the time is right to renovate but i can help and advise if you are worried about the security of your home or business. We can install you surveillance equipment so that you can always keep an ...eye on either location even when you aren’t actually there, wherever you happen to be in the world. Are you fed up with poor wifi in parts of the home? Do you have new staff that require network outlets? Do you have an older PABX Telephone system that NBN have said is no longer viable and have suggested you change? Is your NBN installation causing you grief because it was done so badly? Well i can’t claim to have a magic wand but i can at least make things better for you. Advice is free so please if you have concerns pick up the phone and call, we can discuss your issues and together find a solution that works. Until Christmas then.... 09.01.2022 With the Australian nation having to adopt a new way of trying to exist with all the new restrictions imposed by the Government, i have noticed that any financial assistance for sole Traders appears to have been overlooked. Communications are an essential service and as my Company is all about Communication it would appear that i will still be open for business. We haven’t been confined to our homes and it would be nonsensical to believe that everyone with a job can simply st...ay at home for 6 months and survive. Until i am informed differently i will continue to provide a service and will take whatever precautions might be necessary to safeguard myself and those i come into contact with. The World has slowed down but hasn’t stopped, as a Country we can work towards a solution that will see us prevail, steps have already been taken and plans have been put in place. Be safe in all of your endeavours, look out for each other and keep an eye on neighbours that may be struggling to deal with what is happening, especially the older generation who may feel too vulnerable to venture out to the shops. If you do plan to shop for provisions then message them and ask if they need anything, you can always leave it on their doorstep. See more

05.01.2022 Red Fox has been busy working at the entertainment centre this week......cabling cameras.....if you need any cabling, phone extensions, business systems basically anything phones or security......

04.01.2022 So what has Red Fox been up to lately...? Well this past week i have installed an LG Aria PABX (telephone system), i have moved a PABX from one address to another, i have reconfigured Routers to help people with NBN issues.....it never ends so thank you NBN..! Plus i have installed a 12ru Data Cabinet and re-terminated existing Data Cables onto Panduit modular plugs as they look and perform so much better than a regular Patch Panel, i have rerun existing Data Cables, removed ...a Data Cabinet and Networked CCTV cameras....phew AND i toned and traced Data Cabling so that i could connect Desks in a large Office Space by using a Patch Panel, Avaya Patch Leads, Fibre Patch Leads and a link through a 110 frame. If you need something taken care of in the Data and Telephony environment then please give me a call, i'm not claiming i can fix everything but i haven't been beaten yet when the problem is not the fault of a Third Party, plus i can help reprogram that old PABX for you, i can get you additional handsets, you need Voice Mail or a bell out on the factory floor so you can hear the line ringing or a PA so you can contact your staff wherever they might be hiding, i reckon i might just be able to help you out. 02.01.2022 Do you have the NBN fitted and are you unhappy with the installation? I am able to relocate your Router from the garage to where you actually want it, so you can still use your existing data and telephone outlets, yes there is a charge but you'll have everything where you want it and not in the place the installer has insisted on because it made the job easier for them. Do you need to add additional Data outlets to your network or want the Data Cabinet tidied or one provided?... Do you have a PABX that you'd like to add additional handsets to or change the features they have or handsets that need to be replaced? If you have any Telecommunications or Data issues then i live locally and guarantee that 99% of your issues i can address and resolve, the other 1% will be issues with your ISP or Telco and i'm happy for you to deal with those people...... If you just want an answer to a question about your existing equipment then i don't charge for advice, the phone is always on so don't be shy.
