12.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have returned to Australia to live and teach. I would just like to say thank you to all of you yogis that have supported me over the last six years, I will greatly miss all of you and your energy. I will be back in Hong Kong every now and again, hopefully I will see you then. Namaste.

04.01.2022 Just completed a 30hr cadaver dissection with yoga medicine. The human body is such an amazing thing. Being able to see and feel how all of the components of the body come together to form each unique individual was a priveledge and an honor.
