22.01.2022 I did draw cards for NDBA Pennants for myself and whoever wants them at my club. It was no great effort to do some for Redhead. I am almost certain all is correct but you might want to check.

Unfortunately John had to forfeit because John had a Specialist appointment and time ran out before the game was completed before John had to leave. 20.01.2022 We finally have our Club Fours Champions. It was dual right to the finish. I must complement all 8 players on their tenacity to finish the game, with only two ends to play the temperature reaches 35.3 degrees.Both teams gave their all and unfortunately there could only one winner and that was the team of Ken Harvey (Lead) Barry Smith ( Second) John Anderson (Third) and Gary Macpherson (Skip) defeating the team of Kevin Swift (Lead) William Penfold (Second) William Rowe (Third) and Enzo Sgammotta (Skip) with the score at end of the game being 20 to 16. Congratulations to the Winners and commiseration to the runners up. I must make mention that Gary Macpherson played in three finals, runner up in Major Singles and in the Triples and finally getting the win in the Four. Well done Gary. Author: J. Spaans

17.01.2022 Last day of semi finals, a game of Mixed Pairs and a game of Two Bowl Triples. In the Mixed Pairs J. Kenyon and M. Harman had a comfortable win against L. Robertson and W. Robertson with the final score being 23 to 8. In the Two Bowl Triples, this was a closely contested battle where strategies were employed to try and rattle the opposition. In the end the team of K. Pirknik, J. Wade and C. Schroeder triumphed over the team of A.Brien, W.Rowe and E. Sgammotta, with the final score being 23 to 21. Author: J. Spaans

The two teams for the Club Championships Major Pairs Final, from left to right Mark Hayes, Micheal Harman, Brian Hutchinson and Barry Williams. In the end, the day belongs to Barry Williams ( Lead ) and Brian Hutchinson ( Skip ) by defeating Mark Hayes ( Lead ) and Micheal Harman ( Skip ) 33 to 14. A game of so many real great shots. 04.01.2022 What a great game of Club championship Fours. 18 all at the end of the regulated 21 ends. The toss of a coin to Start the extra end Gary Macpherson's team was down when the Skips went to play their 2 bowls and Gary sent down a screamer that killed that end,so another end had to be played and this was eventually won by Gary's team by three shots. President’s Fours Note that 1st round match 1 and 2nd round matches 3 to 13 (highlighted in red) are to commence at 8:55am trial ends on Saturday October 10. Winner of match 1 is required to play again in afternoon, winners of matches 7 to 14 are not required until Sunday Morning October 11. 2nd round matches 2 and 14 to 17 commence 12:55pm trial ends on Saturday October 10 with winners required next morning
