Thursday's offerings are jumbo scones with jam & vanilla bean cream from 8.30am ($2.50) and Thai Beef salad from 12 midday ($10) made with Reinhold's Butchery rump. Our local Roaster and Barista trainer from Art of Espresso in Young, NSW are visiting our shop Wednesday for a checkup. If you would like us to improve in a particular aspect please let me know so we can be upskilled. 08.01.2022 Much excitement. Just purchased my new gelto display freezer from Wagga Catering Equipment to display the gelato made from Riverina Fresh milk by Bertoldos in Griffith. After Tuesday's taste testing, the initial 7 flavours stocked will be vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, passionfruit, bubblegum, mint choc chip and almond (made with almond milk). Plan on selling the gelto by the cup, waffle and cone. Will keep you posted on delivery date.
