21.01.2022 Helping people help themselves. At last there is a restriction on alcohol. BUT it’s still TOO MUCH. Over 100 standard drinks a-day if all the allowance is drunk. Ridiculous!!!!! . This is NOT THE TIME to self isolate, DROWN our sorrows, spend precious hard earned money and super ACCELERATE a major decline in our general health.... EXCESS Alcohol consumption has been out of control for far too long. The size of the outlets show that. There is NO safe level of alcohol and the health issues that it contributes too are well advertised and documented. This is not the time to self isolate, drown your sorrows and accelerate general health decline with serious conditions like heart, cancer, auto immune, diabetes, arthritis, liver, brain issues by drinking more. This is the perfect time to DRY OUT, moderate it more, GIVE IT UP!! and know that this single change of lifestyle is going to be a huge step in the right direction to improve millions of people’s health. TAKE back the CONTROL of your health by reducing your brain and liver damage and save your money and stop stuffing the pockets of those who profit from your demise!!

Dehydrated dirty bodies are never happy and healthy and often struggle with weight. 2. Eat plenty of veg/salad for the vitamins. minerals and antioxidants to protect you against disease. 5-9 cups is the World Health Organisation recommendation. 3. Enough Lean clean protein for your ideal lean body weight to keep all your muscles and structures strong and firm. Pref as an even spread over the active day. Breakfast as a priority. 4. Enough (a little goes a long way and depends on activity levels) energy foods (whole carbs and fats and oils) 5. Strength training to build muscle and boost food metabolism, and burn off fat at least 3+ times a week. That’s a good start and nothing that you probably don’t know. If 1, 2 and 3 are missing things can’t work as they are designed too. Deprivation leads to desperation which can lead to despair and disrepair and depression Nourish and nurture your basic needs and you give yourself a fighting chance of the being the best version of yourself at every age and stage.
