As previously communicated, the Graduation on Wednesday December 2nd, will be conducted in three sessions: Session 1. 9:00 10:00am approx - Classes 6A and 6E Session 2. 11.30 12.30pm approx - Classes 6B and 6C... Session 3. 1.30 2.30pm approx - Classes 6D and 6G We are required to follow strict COVID 19 regulations for this event. To ensure we do not exceed the number of people in the hall, the two (2) family members per student will be strictly monitored. Parents are asked to arrive and come to the main covered area near the administration building and maintain 1.5m social distancing throughout the event. Students will meet their two family members in this area and escort them to seats in the hall. Due to COVID Safe regulations, parents will need to register their attendance by scanning a barcode that will be available on entry. You will also be asked to adhere to the COVID safe health check questions, displayed at the entry and on our Facebook site. Hand sanitizer will be offered to every person entering the hall, however, you may also choose to use your own on entry. We need to remind parents and families that NO photos can be taken in the hall during the ceremony due to privacy regulations, however, we have organized for a professional photographer to record photos of students and their family members after the event. These can then be purchased online after graduation. Year 6 Dinner Thursday December 3rd; 6:00pm 8pm Nearly all students have registered their intent to attend the Dinner Event on Thursday evening. Teachers will be contacting parents and carers next week if there are any students whose behaviour is still a concern for this event. On the night, students are expected to maintain safe, responsible and respectful behaviour. If they fail to do so, parents will be required to come and collect their child early and take them home. Due to the changes in the night this year, with no dancing allowed, we have made the decision to shorten the event by 30 minutes. Parents are requested to drop students off at the Performing Arts Centre at 6:00pm and collect then promptly at 8pm. Activities for students have been planned in lieu of the usual disco. On Monday and Tuesday of week 10, most students will be attending Kindilan. Parents and family are not able to attend during the day. They will need to drive their children to Kindilan in the morning to arrive between 8:00 - 8:30am and collect them in the afternoon no later than 2:30pm. Students not attending Kindilan have been informed of school arrangements for the day their class group is at Kindilan. Monday groups: 6A, 6E, 6G attending Kindilan Tuesday groups: 6B, 6C, 6D attending Kindilan We all look forward to the coming events thank you for your understanding and support,
