22.01.2022 Redland City Choir was going to be running a BBQ at Bunnings Victoria Point this coming Sunday! All Bunnings have now POSTPONED all future BBQ’s till further notice to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 & due to food supply restrictions. They will keep us updated. Stay well & keep safe everyone!! Thanks

21.01.2022 If anyone is a local business owner who would like to sponsor the choir for 2020, please message us and we can send you a sponsorship pack! Sponsorship will be helping us perform Handel’s Messiah in December & profits from the show will be donated to the Redland Foundation in Aid of Victims of Domestic Violence. So far the choir have donated $40,000 to this fantastic charity.

19.01.2022 Anyone that has children aged 10 & above who would love to join a choir, our lovely director Anita Taylor has started AVA Youth Choir. Rehearsals are Tuesday afternoons 4.15-5.15pm at the Cleveland Baptist Church

18.01.2022 Redland City Choir were due to hold 2 Bunnings BBQ’s in the coming month which were subsequently cancelled & now with the amazing generosity & community support that Bunnings always gives, the choir just received $1000 in gift cards as a sorry for having to cancel and a generous gift of giving back to the local community groups who are maiming out. Thanks so much Bunnings, we truly appreciate your support & look forward to having BBQ’ s with you again soon & also look forward to using our gift cards to help with our fundraising in the near future. We are missing not rehearsing each week & hope everyone is staying safe & healthy!

12.01.2022 Today Mayor Karen and Rosemary Skelly OAM President of Maybanke recognised the choir & their financial contribution at an official but private opening of their new safe house for Victims of Domestic Violence.

03.01.2022 Today we moved our White Christmas concert decorations & props from the container that had been kindly lent to us by Jeff & Judy. We thank you both for your generosity letting us use this space to store our things. We now have a new storage unit at Storage King Cleveland who kindly donated it to us free of charge for the next 12 months !!
