25.01.2022 Great game by the U12s today in a top of the table clash against Southside Eagles!! In the end it finished in a 0-0 draw which was a good representation of the closeness of the game. Congrats to Phoenix Banks who was awarded the Player of the Week Award for his hard running and never give up attitude. Well done Phoenix & the U12s!!

24.01.2022 A great game today by our U12 side against really good opposition in Holland Park. An early goal in the 1st minute of the game by our Player of the Week, Mitch, got the side off to the perfect start. The lead was doubled by Mieka mid way through the half with our defence holding strong for the rest of the half. It was a closely fought 2nd half with Holland Park scoring with a couple of minutes to go to make it 2-1, before the two goal buffer was restored by our U11 fill in, Isaac, with seconds remaining. 3-1 final score. Thanks to Blake and Isaac for filling in and congrats to the team and Mitch. Special thanks to Graeme for filling in as coach while Anthony has a well earned break away with the family. He can relax knowing the undefeated streak continues!! Go Redbacks!!

21.01.2022 Training Update. Now that we are getting more sunlight out of our days, we are moving training back to our home ground, Donald Road. Training will move for U8's - U11's from 4:30pm - 5:30pm, Monday's and Wednesday's (U10's from 5 on Wednesday). This will continue until end of season. Training for U12's - U14's will continue as communicated by Tim and coaches.

20.01.2022 2nd win of the season for our U14 side today!!! It was a very close game and the boys played some of their best football of the year, with Noah getting on the end of some good teamwork, that started in defence, and resulted in the only goal of the game. 1-0 to the Redbacks!! Well done Harry for a great game and for being named Player of the Week!! A big shout out to coach Graeme for all of his hard work in training the team, it is very much appreciated by us all!!

19.01.2022 RECOGNITION TIME!!! On behalf of the club we would just like to say a big thank you to Tim Lovett Anna Monck Kirsty Rogers Jessica Scott and their families for all of the hard work they do. This group are the backbone of our small club, are our main committee members, working all week long, every week, to make sure our club is able to play matches every week. They are usually the first ones to the ground and the last ones to leave every weekend. The work that you guys do does not go unnoticed and everyone at our club appreciates everything that you do. Keep up the great work guys, but first go and enjoy a well earned break over the school holidays!!

18.01.2022 Simon Pius took the fourth penalty for RCFC in the shoot-out and unfortunately that slight bow in the crossbar robbed him of what would have been a cracking penalty goal!!

16.01.2022 Another close game today for the U12s but they keep managing to hold on and win games. Today they had a tight 2-1 win over Holland Park with Axel being named the Player of the Week. Well done to Axel & the U12s!! Go Redbacks

16.01.2022 A great game by our U12s today with an impressive 5-1 win over Ipswich. The team played one of their best games for the year, used the full field to their advantage and played some great passing football. A big shout out to Carl who had his best game of the year and was awarded Player of the Week!! Carl made some great tackles, played some great passes and got in and headed the ball a few times which is always great to see!! Well done Carl and the U12s

14.01.2022 A big day down at the club today with the Mens team having a very good win and our U14s playing a tough game against a very strong Ipswich team. Unfortunately the boys went down 7-1, but the fact they hung in there and were able to score the last goal of the match shows that they tried to the end!! A big congratulations to our goal keeper Brock, who had a stand out game in goals making many great saves. Well done Brock, the Mens and the U14 teams!! (ps. Happy Birthday Harry)

14.01.2022 A great effort by our U14 side today in hot and humid conditions. Played with real heart against the top placed team and were unfortunately unable to match it with them eventually losing 14-1. We are proud of the team as this represented an improvement on the our last game against this team and we cant ask for more than that from our guys. Thanks to all the parents who were there cheering the boys on, Im sure they all appreciated it. Congrats to Kayden who was Player of the Week. You keep getting better every week mate, keep it up!!
