22.01.2022 Just a quick bit of information for anyone thinking about joining our club.. The first four coached swimming lessons are free (insurance covered). Fees are $110 for calendar year, $95 for concession card holders, coaching is free and pool entry is not included. Weekly coaching sessions - stroke correction, breathing, stamina, fitness - whatever your goal is. Competition swimming and triathlon training available.... Suitable for all levels - swimmers are grouped according to level of competency. You don't need to have swum before, or be a "good" swimmer - you just need to get in the pool : Use of 25m and 50m pools during our sessions. Would love to see some new swimmers, come along and try it out!

15.01.2022 Congratulations to all our swimmers who participated in the recent State Championships at Kawana. Our club tally was: 2 Gold 200 and 400 breaststroke 2 Silver 50 and 100 breaststroke 1 bronze 100 metres freestyle... And there were lots of personal best times too - you are all winners in our eyes! Well done everyone, it was a great weekend. Onwards and upwards to the next meet!
