25.01.2022 Hi campers!!!! This time about 7 months ago we were saying another day closer to RAIN, now it's another day closer to camping..... I tried taking a pic of last night's chandelier of stars to share with you but no, it didn't work. We hope you are all keeping well, and just reminding you all that we're READY, bring it on!!!! Those of you that have been here before know we will have no problem with social distancing. Once the gates are re-opened we'll let you know, and can't wait to see you enjoying yourselves around those amazing campfires Take care & watch this space!!!

19.01.2022 Yay, another shearing done n dusted. Throw in a couple of blackouts, couple wet days here n there, we made it!!! So appreciative of the help from our troops: family and friends who give up their time/holidays to help us out, during our craziness. Fingers crossed now for the wool market to keep rising

18.01.2022 So with shearing out of the way, we took 3 weeks to help out with a massive harvest between tomingley and narromine. Thanks to our farmsitters Gordon n Lori for looking after all our campers while we were away. So now it's back to reality, the hills, lots of long, green grass and Christmas is only 3 weeks away!!!! 18.01.2022 Hi campers!!!! It's been a while. Pretty quiet here due to Covid, but only at Redlands can we do this, combine work and play!!! Love love love it when friends and family turn up unexpectedly. Looking forward to lots more green grass after all this amazing RAIN, in the lead up to the October long weekend and school holidays. 18.01.2022 G'day again, two posts in two days!! Just been on a feed run with John, first time for me for over 4 weeks. We had some great mates Gordon and Lori stay with us for 3 weeks, who did all the feeding while they were here, an amazing effort for them as they're both in their 70's. Thanks to them for all their help to give us a bit of a break from our daily routines. Thought I'd share couple if pics from today's lap. Oh and we did have about 30 spots of RAIN!!

17.01.2022 Hi campers, it's been 4 weeks since my last post and nothing has changed. Christmas and New Year have come and gone. Australia is burning and still the rains haven't come, we need it now more than ever before. We're not taking campers until the rains come, and as you can see from my photo the smoke here is worse than before, even though we're fortunate that we have no fires close by. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who have lost loved ones, property and pets. Dear God LET IT RAIN, PLEASE. Stay safe everyone, and see you when the mud dries!!!

We've had a total of 150ml excellent soaking RAIN for April, and what a turnaround it's been. 14.01.2022 Hey lovely campers!!!! So the transition from youcamp to Hipcamp has happened. So far so good at our end. But guess what???? It's only 3 weeks tomorrow until the start of the October long weekend and school holidays!!!! We've had lots of beautiful RAIN, grass is growing, creeks are running and SPRING HAS SPRUNG AND now Children 12years and under stay for FREE!!!! That's right.... FREE. So come on down. Breathe in some good old fresh country air, listen to the birds singing, ENJOY the chandelier of stars, and of course a CAMPFIRE. Hope to see you soon

10.01.2022 So long weekend in June, too bloody cold for me to go camping but these campers braved it!!!! The weather hasn't been too bad, compared to last year's frosty mornings. And to have 1 large group book for next June long weekend says it all!!! Cheers n beers n lots of happy camp-fires

05.01.2022 WOW. WOW. WOW. What an amazing Easter, in every sense!!!!! So we had around 160 campers plus another 50 for johnny's surprise 70th on Saturday. Perfect weather throughout the whole weekend. BUSY, but oh so rewarding. All the campers were happy. June long weekend only 2 months away...BRING IT ON. Afraid no pics of campsites, way too busy, so it's up to you campers to show us your best shots. GO.

04.01.2022 WOW!! What a long weekend it was. Everyone sure are keen to escape the cities. Social distancing wasn't a problem. Tad chilly in the mornings but glorious days. Lots of happy campers here and thank you so much for choosing to stay at Redlands. Can't wait to see you all again, so now it's back to the log splitter. 03.01.2022 Oh my goodness, so smokey this morning, and we are no-where near fires. Feel for everyone that are burning, Please God let it rain we need rain, NOW, poor firefighters and emergency workers can't go on much longer, they are exhausted, So So Sad

03.01.2022 Nothing like an amazing weekend, feeding sheep, a tad of fencing, then throw the esky in the buggy to do a lap round our beautiful campers for happy hour (or 2 1/2!!). Top it off with our own campfire ..... BLISS

02.01.2022 Johnny n I have been a member of youcamp for 3 1/2 years now and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Youcamp campers have literally fed our sheep throughout the drought, and seen us come out the other end. Covid conditions apply, but that is so easy here cos we have lots of space,, so click on the Book Now button for the school holidays only 2 1/2 more weeks away!!!!!
