From 4pm on Tuesday November 17: Up to 50 people can gather in homes and public spaces across Queensland Person limits in indoor premises will increase from 1 person per 4 square metres to 1 person per 2 square metres Up to 200 people can attend weddings and funerals, and all guests can dance at weddings, both indoors and outdoors Seated, ticketed indoor events like theatre, live music, cinemas and sports can increase patron numbers from 50% to 100% Outdoor events can have up to 1,500 people attend with a COVID Safe Event Checklist. Open air stadiums can increase seated capacity from 75% to 100% with a COVID Safe Plan Outdoor dancing will be allowed, including at events like outdoor music festivals or in beer gardens Queenslanders have worked hard to stop the spread of the virus, which means we can enjoy more of our Queensland way of life and keep Queensland’s economic recovery plan moving forward. #covid19

01.01.2022 Yesterday we had a lovely day with the kids from @Gumnut House at Victoria Point, Queensland, Australia The tide was rising quite quickly as the kids were pumpi...ng yabbies. Dragging the bait net, they caught whiting, gar, bream. Also 2 baby squid which squirted its ink on my hand - which then lead to a conversation about camouflage. Fishing was hard going with a few fish hooked but not landed. We use barbless hooks so our catch rate is less than usual. One of the girls caught a 28cm bream and a young boy caught a 14cm whiting, both released. See more
